The working principle of the anti rotation level switch is to use a permanent magnet motor to drive the blades to rotate. When the detected material rises to the blade position, the rotation of the blades is obstructed, and this resistance is transmitted to the detection device inside the junction box. The detection device then outputs a switch signal to the outside and cuts off the power to stop the blades from rotating. When the material level drops, the blade resistance disappears, and the detection device relies on the tension of the spring to return to its original state. The spring tension is adjusted for different material densities. When the density is high, the spring tension is adjusted to strong or strongest, and vice versa, it is adjusted to weak or weakest.

2、 Torque adjustment
1. Users can adjust according to the specific gravity of the tested material

2. Specific method: Open the junction box, take out the torsion spring near the porous end, and insert it into the corresponding hole as needed (the hole near the terminal block has the strongest torsion).
※ Note: Please do not replace the tension spring at will to avoid misoperation.

Installation precautions
1. The inlet of the junction box must face downwards, and the cable fixing nut must be tightened.
2. When delivering power, it should be confirmed that the power supply voltage is the same as the voltage marked on the resistance rotary switch.

When disassembling and installing the adjustable shaft length resistance rotary switch on site, the locking nut must be coated with oxygen deficient adhesive when connecting the steel wire rope joint to the transmission shaft, and then tightened with a wrench.

4、 Analysis and elimination methods for the causes of fault phenomena
When the material reaches 1, the blade still rotates. The blade size does not match the specific gravity of the material, and the blade size is re determined
2. Deformation of blades or bending of transmission shaft due to excessive material impact force. Add protective plates or take other protective measures above the blades
3. The blades do not rotate. 1. The power supply is not connected properly. Check the wiring and connect it properly. 2. If the motor burns out, contact our company to replace it
